Abby is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with over eight years of experience in critical care, acute care, long term care and rehabilitation settings. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Science from Colorado State University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Abby is dedicated to helping clients achieve balanced nutrition through focusing on realistic changes to foster a positive relationship with food and support long-term health.
