Almarie oversees three long-term care facilities in Fort Worth, Texas, with Odom RD. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Arizona State University and completed her dietetic internship at the Veterans Affairs facility in San Juan, Puerto Rico. With eight years of experience in food service management, she also has a background as a clinical dietitian at a Level 1 trauma hospital. In her free time, Almarie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and pets.
