Jesse is originally from Seattle, WA. She graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2022 with a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics. During her internship, she had the opportunity to work a few weeks in Shimla, India. Her specialty in dietetics has been eating disorder treatment and mental health and nutrition. Before becoming a dietitian, Jesse worked fifteen years in the food and beverage industry and also has a culinary degree.
