Erica Davis RD-E

Erica covers accounts throughout East Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Alcorn State University and her Master of Science in Nutrition from Lamar University. She completed her supervised practice through the Gulf Coast Dietetic Internship.

Before joining the team, Erica worked as a dietetic technician and gained valuable experience in community nutrition. She is passionate about helping others improve their health through nutrition and building strong relationships with the communities she serves.

Erica lives in East Texas with her husband, son, and their dog. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and staying active. She enjoys exercising a variety of activities like being outdoors and participating in recreational activities.
