Gwen Deboer RD LD

Gwen has been a dietitian consultant with OdomRD since August 2024. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her supervised practice at Cal State University, San Bernardino. She has experience in acute care, dialysis, and long-term care. Originally from California, Gwen relocated to Central Texas in 2024. Outside of work she enjoys exploring Texas and doing crafts such as embroidery and jewelry making.
