Kristy Derrick MS RD LD

Kristy is a dietetic consultant for skilled and long-term care facilities in the East Texas region. She also serves as a clinical dietitian for the Veteran's Healthcare system. She has 30 years of clinical experience in the nutrition field.  Kristy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Texas Christian University and a Master of Psychology in Behavioral Sciences from Cameron University. She has three young adult children who live across the country and keep her busy traveling. She resides in Longview, Texas with her Malinois puppy, Emry.
