Laura is a consultant dietitian specializing in long-term care nutrition. With extensive experience for over 16 years in skilled nursing facilities, she provides individualized nutritional care for residents with complex needs, including those managing decubitus ulcers, significant weight changes, renal disease, diabetes, and enteral nutrition. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband, their two children, and a lively household full of pets.
