Previously, she served as a Clinical Nutrition Manager at Memorial Medical Center, where she led interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive nutrition care plans and improve patient outcomes.Passionate about promoting health and wellness, Mandy is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents through tailored nutritional strategies. She utilizes evidence-based practices to ensure that everyone receives the optimal dietary support they need. Mandy is committed to ongoing learning and collaboration, striving to implement innovative approaches that meet the unique challenges of long-term care. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys teaching community cooking classes and ballroom dancing, further enriching her approach to holistic nutrition.
