Rebekah Stacy RD, LD, CDCES

Rebekah is a consultant in Longview, Texas. Rebekah is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and completed her dietetic internship at Texas A&M University as well. After graduating Rebekah moved to Longview, Texas. She has been a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2018. Her work experience includes working for a local hospital and dialysis. She currently works part time at a local medical practice and provides nutrition education for diabetes and HIV. She lives in Longview with her husband, 2 kids, and with one on the way.
