Sarah Johnston MS RD CSG LD

Sarah Johnston, MS, RD, CSG, LD earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Henderson State University and her Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a Registered Dietitian and Board-Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition, bringing extensive experience in long-term care settings.

Her professional focus centers on compassionate, individualized nutrition care and advocating for excellence in nutrition services across the continuum of care. Sarah is passionate about supporting the health, dignity, and quality of life of older adults through evidence-based nutrition care.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and granddaughter.
