A Midwest native, Wendy recently relocated to central Minnesota with her husband and 2 sons. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Dietetics. She then relocated to the Southwest where she completed her Master's of Family and Consumer Science and Dietetic Internship at New Mexico State University. As a dietitian, Wendy has worked in pediatric and adult renal dialysis, inpatient medical nutrition therapy, tele-nutrition, and as a nutrition faculty member. With OdomRD, Wendy has assisted with LTC contracts in New Mexico and El Paso, TX and currently works remote with the menu development team.
